Our purpose is to serve the local church and the entire community. Our mission is to help unite, equip and empower the body of Christ to promote healing as a vital part of ministry. Our focus is on the presence and power of the Holy Spirit to work through us to heal the sick and infirmed.
Healing Rooms of Louisiana is the Louisiana branch of the International Association of Healing Rooms (IAHR). We are directly under the guidance and leadership of the Region 5 office in Tulsa, Oklahoma and the International Headquarters in Spokane, Washington.
Our Healing Rooms are members of IAHR and have established accountability and uniformity in accordance to the guidelines of IAHR. This ensures each Healing Room is a safe place where people in need of healing can come and encounter the healing power of God through Jesus Christ. Our ministry teams are trained in praying for people in a confidential and sensitive manner.
IAHR is an Association of Healing Rooms Ministries to help link healing rooms in churches and cities around the world. Its purpose is to unite, equip, and empower the Body of Christ to establish healing back into the Body of Christ.
The goal of Healing Rooms of Louisiana is to bring healing to the body of Christ and then to the lost by establishing Healing Rooms in every Parish throughout Louisiana.
